Community Action Project New Volunteers Welcome! The CAP Committee helps to raise funds, in-kind materials and services, and recruit volunteers for NAIOP New Jersey's annual Community Action Project Co-Chairs: Janet Proscia, Cronheim Mortgage and Jonathan Prince, Porzio Bromberg & Newman. Education Committee Identifies the education needs of members and plans timely and relevant educational seminars that offer continuing education credits whenever possible.  Co-Chairs: Meryl Gonchar, Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, and Eric Inglis, Schenck, Price, Smith & King. Golf Committee Plans, solicits sponsors and auction donations for and volunteers at the Annual Golf Outing.

Legal Action Committee Monitors court actions for industry impact, reviews legal action requests and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees. Read more about our Legal Action Guidelines.

Legislative Committee Reviews legislation to assess industry impact, recommends positions on bills and suggests legislative action consistent with NAIOP New Jersey's public policy agenda. Membership Committee Develops strategies for attracting and retaining members. Follows up leads with personal contacts and invites prospects to join.

Developing Leaders Plans programs, professional development and membership benefits exclusively for Developing Leaders Co-Chairs: Brian Whitmer, Cushman & Wakefield of NJ, Matt Schlindwein, F. Greek Development and Josh Avidan, Avidan Development. Staff Contact: Bonnie Sovinee

Public Affairs Committee* Reserved for principal members who contribute to DPAC at the maximum level.  Chair: Joshua Adler, Adler Development. Vice-Chair: Michael Seeve, Mountain Development Corp. Staff Contact: Michael McGuinness 

Regulatory Affairs Committee  Monitors and reviews regulatory proposals, executive orders and other administrative decisions by state, regional and federal agencies. Recommends appropriate action consistent with NAIOP New Jersey's Public Policy Priorities, assists with the preparation of comments, plans annual Regulatory Update Seminar.  Co-Chairs: Richard Ericsson, Cole Schotz Meisel Forman & Leonard, PA and Andrew Robins, Sills Cummis & Gross. Energy & Sustainability Committee  Monitors implementation of NJ Energy Master Plan, including legislative, regulatory and code actions. Reviews legislative and rule proposals for industry impact and recommends appropriate action.  Co-Chairs: Brad Molotsky, Brandywine Realty Trust, and Rob Crespi, Wolff & Samson.
