What do future CRE leaders envision for redevelopment in NJ? Three teams of college students will present their ideas for reimagining a suburban office space to realize its economic potential in today's market. The winners will receive $5,000.

You will also hear from Mayors John McCormac (Woodbridge) and Wilda Diaz (Perth Amboy) about the challenges and opportunities faced by NJ towns as they work to create the live/work/play environments that attract and retain employers and the young talent they need.

As NAIOP seeks greater engagement with local officials, we encourage you to invite your mayors, freeholders, council members, town planners, etc. to join you on March 24 to learn what a valuable resource NAIOP can be for towns that are struggling with the impacts of dramatically evolving demographics, market conditions and technology. (Please contact Kathy Iola ASAP to make arrangements for the local officials accompanying you).
