Join us for a fascinating guided walking tour of the Connell Company’s The Park and the new Fiserv Innovation Center at Connell Drive in Berkley Heights.
We’ll begin with a presentation from Connell Company’s Executive Vice President Shane Connell at the Library in Round Table Studios. Next, we’ll walk through and hear an overview of The Park, where you’ll learn about future expansion plans. Then we’ll tour Building 200 and Round Table Studios. We’ll next tour Fiserv’s 428,000 square foot office and research space, winner of the 2023 NAIOP NJ Deal of the Year Transformational award, with Fiserv Vice President Marianna McGillicuddy. We’ll conclude the event with a one-hour networking reception.
