Re-Energize Your Buildings!
The Business Case for Energy Efficiency
The Latest Technology for Office & Industrial Buildings
Incentives, Implementation & Compliance
CEUs Approved for Multiple Professions
Plus: An Update on Renewables and What's on the Horizon

This program will offer vital information that can help brokers, building owners and other real estate professionals understand what energy efficiency improvements can do to increase the value of existing buildings in terms of dollars, as well as benefits to the tenants who will occupy them. These improvements will better position your Energy Efficient properties for quicker transactions and higher sales prices. You will learn how energy efficiency can:

  • Transform old buildings into high performers.
  • Increase the net operating income of existing buildings.
  • Create a more productive work environment for tenants.
  • Improve tenant retention.
  • Help you market buildings for increased sales.
  • Increase core property value when sold.

You will also learn why benchmarking is important to understanding the added value of energy efficiency, and what jurisdictions are planning or already doing to mandate disclosure of energy use in existing building stock (see attached slides). Anyone doing business transactions in New York City, Philadelphia or New Jersey should pay close attention to these pending requirements.

Plus: You will have the opportunity to meet the professionals who can help you meet your energy goals: sponsors will have tabletop displays with take-home information.
