"When you put a project on Fundrise, you gain access to every accredited investor in the entire world."

This change-of-pace afternoon seminar will feature two in-demand topics at the NJ Center of Excellence in Bridgewater ( a NAIOP Deal of the Year winner! directions).

COAH Update: Our experts will weigh in on how developers and towns are functioning with no clear direction on affordable housing obligations, what the courts have the power to do (and possible scenarios), and potential legislative fixes to create an equitable and sustainable affordable housing funding mechanism for New Jersey. Peter J. Cocoziello of Advance Realty will lead the discussion with:

  • Kevin Moore, Sills Cummis & Gross
  • Thomas Carroll, Hill Wallack LLP
  • Michael Cerra, NJ League of Municipalities

Crowdfunding: The internet has arrived in the capital formation business! In case you haven’t heard, Crowdfunding is a way to fund a project or venture by raising many small amounts of money from a large number of people, typically via the Internet. Learn about the potential for the CRE industry and how NJ compares to other states.

  • Mark Roderick, Flaster/Greenberg PC, one of the leading Crowdfunding lawyers in the United States
  • Dan Miller, co-founder of Fundrise

See them in NJ before they present at Development 15 in Toronto this fall!

Cancellation policy: By registering for this event, you agree to our payment and cancellation policy. Non-members must pay in advance. Refunds will not be given on registrations canceled within three business days of the event. If you must cancel, please submit your cancellation in writing to iola@naiopnj.org. Only cancellations submitted in this fashion and at least 3 business days prior to the event will be honored.
