The firm is well known for its charitable activities. Crossing Borders is an annual fund-raising event honoring women of superior achievement in real estate and economic development in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Proceeds from the event benefit Displaced Homemakers Network of New Jersey and New Choices/New Options of Pennsylvania.

A NAIOP NJ member since 2003, Jim Petrucci has served the association as Secretary/Treasurer, Gala Committee Co-Chair and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees. He has also been active in our annual Community Action Projects.
