The bus tour will be led by a representative of FMERA (the Fort Monmouth Economic Revitalization Authority)\, the state authority charged with redeveloping the former Fort Monmouth’s 1\,100 acres.\n\n   \n  2:00 PM Registration\, Orientation\, Refreshments\n  3:00 PM Bus Tour\n  4:30 Debriefing\, Refreshments\n  $65 per person: Register Now-limited to the first 50 NAIOP Members who register.\n  Directions to Gibbs Hall\, Ft. Monmouth Officers Club\n        * Garden State Parkway to Exit 105 (STAY IN LOCAL LANES ONLY).\n\n        * Follow ramp sign to Route 36 East\n\n        * Stay in right lane as you exit the GSP onto Route 36 East\n\n        * Take the jug-handle immediately after the first traffic light.\n\n        * You will now cross Route 36 and be on Hope Road.\n\n        * Follow Hope Road to the third traffic light\; turn right onto Tinton Avenue\, Route 537 East.\n\n        * Follow Tinton Avenue approximately 300 yards and turn right into the Officers Club and Sun Eagles Golf Club grounds.\n\n        * Gibbs Hall will be immediately in front of you.\n\n        * Drive in past the main entrance and bear left to the parking lot.\n\n\n \n
